The Somalia Future Council has called for linking AUSSOM forces and international support to an inclusive political agreement, as Somalia faces a critical transitional period.

The Council proposed the establishment of a Transitional Council to oversee the transition phase, restore the legitimacy of state institutions, and unify efforts in security and the fight against Al-Shabaab.
