Somalia and Jordan Reaffirm Commitment to Stronger Bilateral Relations
MOGADISHO | 28 July 2026 — Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, held a telephone conversation on Monday with Jordan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, H.E. Ayman Safadi.
According to Somalia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two ministers discussed issues of mutual interest, including regional developments, and reaffirmed their shared commitment to strengthening bilateral relations between Somalia and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The telephone conversation reflects the two countries’ continued engagement and cooperation on regional and international matters of common concern.
